I don't know much about the anime / cartoon, but really this is a great one, and I like how you textured the pullover, the panda ears are quite cool too, and I like how the proportions are well-done.

The eyes seems to have a bit of flaws in terms of positionning / symetry; but beside that, it is very good drawing !
